University educated and for the last four years I have been helping and advising foreigners to get established in Central Portugal, mainly in the Tabua / Arganil region, but am willing to travel to assist. I have a wide range of contacts in the legal, construction and planning, motor, & local government sectors.

10 euros/hour – 25 euros/4 hour half day – 50 euros/8 hour day
